The consultancy is based in Scotland and has clients throughout the UK from south west England to north east Scotland.

Qualifications and Affiliations

Bright HF is managed by Eleanor Forrest who is a Chartered Ergonomist & Human Factors Specialist and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors. She has a background in Psychology, Human Factors, Ergonomics and Usability. Eleanor has the drive and enthusiasm to use her experience in human factors to make people’s daily lives and interaction with products and services safer and more enjoyable.
